This Privacy Policy explains how Maison Dieci Pizza uses information collected through our opening-week signup page and related emails.

Information you give us. We collect the name and email address you submit, plus any optional phone number or social handle you choose to provide. We also record your consent to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and email communications.

Information created by the signup. We create and store your coupon code, coupon status, signup time, and related redemption information. If an email is delivered, bounces, or receives a spam complaint, we may record that delivery status so we can maintain the list responsibly.

Site and campaign information. We use cookies and server logs to remember that a browser has signed up, prevent abuse, and understand which QR codes, links, campaigns, search results, or referring sites led to signups. This may include UTM parameters, referrer information, IP address, request logs, and basic browser or device information. Cloudflare Turnstile may also process information to help confirm that the form is being submitted by a person.

How we use information. We use this information to send and manage your coupon, provide opening-week updates, send occasional Maison Dieci Pizza marketing or promotional emails, measure campaign performance, improve our signup flow, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to requests, maintain our records, and comply with legal obligations.

Email marketing. If you sign up, we may email you about Maison Dieci Pizza, including future offers, events, menu updates, and restaurant news. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using any unsubscribe instructions we provide or by replying to one of our emails with "unsubscribe." If we add PostHog or a similar analytics tool, we will use it to understand product and campaign performance, not to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When else we disclose information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, safety, guests, staff, or services, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, sale, financing, or reorganization, subject to appropriate protections.

Retention. We keep signup records while they are useful for the coupon, marketing, analytics, abuse prevention, customer service, and legal recordkeeping. We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it, unless we must keep it for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Your choices and requests. You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information for marketing by replying to any Maison Dieci Pizza email. We may need to verify your email address before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, or business records.

Children. The signup is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
