Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Maison Dieci Pizza opening-week signup, coupon, and related emails.

1. Opening-week offer. The 10% discount applies to your first pizza at Maison Dieci Pizza, 1001 Logan Street, Louisville, KY 40204, during our announced opening week. One coupon per guest and per email address. The coupon has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.

2. Signing up. Please submit accurate information and use an email address where you can receive your coupon. By submitting the form, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you agree that we may email you your coupon, opening-week updates, and occasional Maison Dieci Pizza marketing or promotional messages.

3. Email choices. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using any unsubscribe instructions we provide or by replying to one of our emails with "unsubscribe." We may still send non-marketing messages needed to provide your coupon, respond to you, or administer the offer.

4. Coupon use. Present your coupon code at the counter. We may decline codes that appear duplicated, altered, expired, already redeemed, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. Coupon availability and redemption are subject to normal restaurant operations, hours, product availability, and applicable law.

5. Optional phone and social information. Phone number and social handle fields are optional. Providing a phone number through this form does not by itself consent to marketing text messages, robocalls, or automated calls. If we ever offer SMS marketing, we will ask for the separate consent required for that channel.

6. Changes. Opening dates, restaurant hours, menu availability, and offer terms may change. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update this page and, when appropriate, notify registered guests by email.

7. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it for the coupon, marketing, analytics, and operations, and how to contact us about your information.
